      In this project, we set up a PLC-controlled chiller panel to run four pumps with VFDs. The system was programmed to operate two pumps at a time each day, switching to the other two the next day to keep usage balanced. We also added an HMI so operators could easily adjust the pressure whenever needed. This made the system more flexible, efficient, and reliable in daily operation.
